What if I changed my mind to exchange?

If you change your mind or want to edit your Bitcoin sell request order, you can remove order from the list on Exchange page, by clicking it in bottom dialogs.

I don't have Bitcoin and want to buy it. How I can do it here?

You can make request sell order of currency you want to change for Bitcoin and wait for someone who wants to exchange his Bitcoin for your coin.You can buy activation code for Bitcoin from our partners and activate it on PuliaevPay. Then request its withdrawal. Or you can sell something for Bitcoin to those who want to pay by it, using our invoicing system.

Why don't you have other cryptocurrencies available to pay my invoices here?

We will add currencies we believe and trust step by step. You can help us with development.

Can I send assets using PuliaevPay to someone inside platform?

Yes freely. Find send transfer button. Transfer is free and immediate.

Why do you need my email data or Telegram phone-number?

Because we need to have some owned or controlled by you credentials to know who is who even if you are Santa Claus. If you lose password or something strange happens, it is easier to recover it if both-sides (we and you) have same information of credentials.

Why I can't register / login using Telegram Passport?

it is known temporal Telegram issue. You can do it only on Telegram Windows clients.

Why KYC is not needed?

We are not a company. We are not regulated. So if once we start doing proper KYC with selfie and stuff, remember we are no longer free and your data is no longer safe.

What main differences between PuliaevPay and PayPal?

We work with crypto. We are not involved in politics. We provide ability to create your own coin if you need one and withdraw Bitcoin if you need to. We have different features.

What guarantees that my assets are safe?

Well, we work only with data records and do proper backups on different servers. All Bitcoin assets are stored on cold wallets in blockchain. Platform has no direct access to assets. That's why for security reasons all requested withdrawals proceeds manually. There is no point to hack records, if you can't transfer them to real value. Finally you can trust us or do not trust.
